Camber Adjustment (Front): LS
NOTE:
Camber and toe need to be adjusted at the same time to get correct values.
- On vehicles equipped with hex head bolts in lower control arm, replace with NEW cam bolts and lock nuts before adjusting caster and camber. To adjust camber, loosen tie rod jam nut. Remove clamp from steering gear bellows. Clean and lubricate threads on tie rod end. Do not allow bellows to turn when tie rod end is rotated. Adjust toe. See WHEEL ALIGNMENT SPECIFICATIONS .
- Support front suspension lower arm by hand while rotating camber adjustment cam bolt. Rotate the rear camber adjustment bolt to adjust camber. Repeat until correct camber and toe measurements are obtained. See WHEEL ALIGNMENT SPECIFICATIONS . After adjustments, tighten nuts and bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS table.
