Drive Cycles: Trip

Trip is defined as key on, key off event in which PCM detects a coolant temperature of more than 158°F (70°C), coolant temperature changes more than 68°F (20°C) after starting engine, and engine speed is more than 400 RPM. When PCM detects an emission-related DTC(s), it uses trip information to decide whether to illuminate MIL.
