Pinpoint Test J: DTC C1676: Testing

J1 CHECK FOR POWER AT THE ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM (ABS) MODULE

Key in OFF position.
Disconnect: ABS Module C135.
Key in ON position.

Measure the voltage between the ABS module and ground as follows:

ABS MODULE CONNECTOR-PIN AND CIRCUIT

ABS Module Connector-Pin	Circuit
C135 pin 9	532 (OG/YE)
C135 pin 25	532 (OG/YE)
C135 pin 16	601 (LB/PK)

Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?

Yes : REFER to CHARGING SYSTEM - GENERAL INFORMATION to continue diagnosis of the charging system.
No : REPAIR the circuit(s) in question. TEST the system for normal operation.
