There are 4 separate conditions that can cause the horn to sound. The horn will sound if the driver presses the horn switches, when the remote keyless entry is armed, when a theft event occurs, or when the panic alarm is activated. The horn system uses a horn relay to provide voltage to the horns. The SJB provides the ground control to engage the horn relay. The horn switches are integrated into the air bag.
