Fuel Tank Draining

WARNING:
Do not smoke or carry lighted tobacco or have open flame of any type when working on or near any fuel-related component. Highly flammable mixtures are always present and may be ignited, resulting in possible personal injury or property damage.
- Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
- Remove the fuel filler cap.
- Insert the special tool into the fuel filler pipe.
- Attach the fuel draining hose to the storage tanker and siphon the fuel from the fuel tank.
NOTE:
Slightly pinching the filler hose near the fuel tank fitting may aid in special tool installation.
