Main Control - Valve Body: Removal

- Disconnect the battery ground cable.
- Disconnect the transaxle harness connector.
- Remove the transaxle fluid pan and gasket. Refer to FLUID PAN, GASKET AND FILTER .
- Remove the LH wheel and tire assembly.
- Remove the LH inner fender splash shield bolt.
- Remove the LH inner fender splash shield.
- Remove the bolts.
- Remove the splash shield.
- Remove the main control valve body harness spring clip.
- Remove the main control valve body.
- Feed the transaxle harness down through the transaxle case.
- Remove the bolts.
- Remove the main control valve body.
CAUTION:
Be careful not to drop the manual valve or the accumulator piston spring when removing the main control valve body.
