Removal and Installation

- Remove the cooling fan motor and shroud assembly. For additional information, refer to COOLING FAN MOTOR AND SHROUD .
- Remove the pin-type retainers and remove the radiator sight shield.
- Disconnect the lower radiator hose and position aside.
- Remove the 2 bolts and the 2 radiator support brackets.
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
- Remove the bolt, position the A/C condenser and the power steering cooler away from the radiator, and remove the radiator.
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
- To install, reverse the removal procedure. If equipped with fire suppression system, repower the system.
- Fill and bleed the cooling system. For additional information, refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING .

NOTE:
Do not reuse hose clamps. Instead, use appropriately sized worm-style clamps in place of the constant tension clamps.
