Rear Window Defoggers: Operation

With ignition on and rear defogger switch activated, a ground signal is sent to central timer module. The central timer module in turn grounds rear defogger relay, completing the power circuit to rear defogger grid. After 10 minutes of operation, the timer module opens ground circuit to relay, and defogger shuts off.
