Confirm concern. Check the following for possible cause of malfunction:

Malfunctioning switch. See switch test under COMPONENT TESTING .
Open or shorted circuit. Check circuits between master switch and single switch.
Power or ground circuits open or shorted.
Faulty Generic Electronic Module (GEM).
