Manufacturer's sequence for diagnosing and repairing power door lock system is as follows:

Verify customer's complaint.
Perform visual inspection.
Perform INITIAL CHECKS.
Retrieve codes and repair as indicated.
If no codes are present or problem still exists, go to SYMPTOM TESTS .
