Preliminary Checks

Confirm concern. Check the following for possible cause of malfunction:

• Malfunctioning master or single switch. See MASTER SWITCH under COMPONENT TESTING  .
• Open or shorted circuit. Check circuits between master switch and single switch.
• Faulty one-touch down window module.
• Faulty driver's door module.
