Retrieving Codes

Diagnostic trouble codes are retrieved from EEC-IV system through Data Link Connector (DLC). Various methods and test equipment may be used to access these codes:

Analog Volt-Ohmmeter (VOM).
Scan tester.
Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) light.
STAR series Tester.
