Left Turn Indicator Never/Always On

  1. Turn Signal Check  - Turn ignition on. Place turn signal lever in left turn position. If left turn indicator operates properly, go to next step. If left turn signal does not operate properly, check turn signals. See WIRING DIAGRAMS.
  2. Bulb Check  - Turn ignition off. Remove left turn signal indicator bulb from instrument cluster. Ensure continuity exists between bulb terminals. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, replace bulb.
  3. Indicator Circuit Check  - Turn ignition off. Disconnect instrument cluster C210 (Black) connector. Turn ignition on. Place turn signal lever in left turn position. Check voltage between instrument cluster connector C210 terminal B14 (Green/Black wire) and ground. If voltage fluctuates between zero and 10 volts, replace instrument cluster printed circuit board. If voltage is not as specified, repair Green/Black wire.
