All Warning Indicators Inoperative

  1. Fuse Check  - Check METER fuse (15-amp) located in interior fuse block. If fuse is okay, go to step 4). If fuse is blown, go to next step.
  2. System Check  - Turn ignition off. Replace METER fuse. Turn ignition on and check fuse. If fuse blows again, go to next step. If fuse does not blow, go to step 4).
  3. Short To Ground Check  - Turn ignition off. Disconnect instrument cluster C209 (White) connector. Remove METER fuse. Check resistance between instrument cluster connector C209 terminal A11 (Black/Yellow wire) and ground. If resistance is greater than 10,000 ohms, replace METER fuse and go to next step. If resistance is not as specified, repair short to ground in Black/Yellow wire.
  4. Power Supply Check  - Check voltage between instrument cluster connector C209 terminal A11 (Black/Yellow wire) and ground. If voltage is greater than 10 volts, go to next step. If voltage is not as specified, repair open in Black/Yellow wire.
  5. Ground Circuit Check  - Turn ignition off. Disconnect instrument cluster C210 (Black) connector. Check resistance between instrument cluster connector C209 terminal A9 (Black/Yellow wire) and ground. Check resistance between instrument cluster connector C210 terminal B13 (Black wire) and ground. If resistances are less than 5 ohms, replace instrument cluster printed circuit board. If resistances are not as specified, repair open in Black/Yellow wire or Black wire.
