Throttle Position (TP) Sensor

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Turn ignition off. Disconnect PCM wiring harness connector. Inspect terminals for damage and repair if necessary. Connect Breakout Box (014-00322) to PCM. Turn ignition on. Measure voltage between test pin No. 47 and ground.
  2. Voltage should be 0.1-1.1 volts with throttle fully closed and 3.1-4.4 volts with throttle fully open. If voltage is not within specification, loosen TP sensor screws. Adjust TP sensor until voltage is within specification.
