Removal & Installation

Remove fuel rail from intake manifold. See FUEL RAILS. Remove fuel injectors from fuel rail by rocking injectors while pulling injector from fuel rail. Lubricate new "O" rings with clean engine oil. Install new "O" rings on injectors. Inspect injector "plastic hat" (covering the injector pintle) and washer for deterioration. Replace as necessary.
