A3: Check For Power Short To Ground

Turn ignition switch off.
Locate and disconnect the interior fuse panel connector (behind left side of instrument panel).
Locate and disconnect the master window regulator control switch connector and the passenger window regulator control switch connector.
Measure the resistance between Circuit 170 (RED/LT BLU) at the interior fuse panel connector and ground.
