Using ANTI-LOCK Warning Light

  1. Turn ignition off. Locate ABS Data Link Connector (DLC) on engine compartment power distribution box. Connect a jumper wire between terminals No. 2 (Orange/White wire) and No. 6 (Black wire) at ABS DLC. See Fig 1 . .
  2. Observe ANTI-LOCK warning light and turn ignition on. ANTI-LOCK warning light will begin to flash DTCs. If any DTCs have been detected, each code will be flashed out only once after entering diagnostic mode. See DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) IDENTIFICATION  table.
  3. If no DTCs are stored, DTC 12 will flash. After all DTCs have flashed, ANTI-LOCK warning light will remain on until ignition switch is cycled.
