- Verify the vehicle owner's original concern by operating the power seat(s) to duplicate the vehicle owner's concern.
- Inspect to determine if one of the following mechanical or electrical concerns apply, see VISUAL INSPECTION CHART .
- If the concern(s) remains after the inspection, determine the symptom(s) and proceed to specif symptom.
