Hood Switch

Unplug RAP module. Module is located above and to rear of left rear wheelwell. Measure resistance between pins No. 14 (Black/White wire) and No. 23 (Tan/Light Green wire) at harness connector. Resistance should be more than 25,000 ohms with hood closed, and less than 200 ohms with hood open. If resistance is not as specified, replace hood switch and/or repair Black/White and/or Tan/Light Green wire. See Figure .
