All Warning Indicators Inoperative

  1. Fuse Check

Check METER fuse (15-amp) located in interior fuse block. If fuse is okay, go to step 4). If fuse is blown, go to next step.
  2. System Check

Turn ignition off. Replace METER fuse. Turn ignition on and check fuse. If fuse blows again, go to next step. If fuse does not blow, go to step 4).
  3. Short To Ground Check

Turn ignition off. Disconnect instrument cluster C209 (White) connector. Remove METER fuse. Measure resistance of Black/Yellow wire between ground and instrument cluster connector. If resistance is greater than 10,000 ohms, replace METER fuse and go to next step. If resistance is not as specified, repair short to ground in Black/Yellow wire.
  4. Power Supply Check

Turn ignition off. Disconnect instrument cluster C209 (White) connector. Turn ignition on. Measure voltage of Black/Yellow wire between ground and instrument cluster connector. If voltage is greater than 10 volts, go to next step. If voltage is not as specified, repair open Black/Yellow wire.
  5. Ground Circuit Check

Turn ignition off. Disconnect instrument cluster C209 (White) connector and C210 (Black) connector. Measure resistance of Black/Yellow wire between ground and instrument cluster C209 connector, and resistance of Black wire between ground and instrument cluster C210 connector. If resistances are less than 5 ohms, replace instrument cluster printed circuit board. If resistances are not as specified, repair open Black/Yellow wire or open Black wire.
