Removal (3.8L SC)

Disconnect inlet and outlet tubes at charge air cooler. See Figure. Loosen inlet tube at alternator/power steering pump bracket. Remove charge air cooler nuts and washers. Push downward on charge air cooler to disengage retaining clips. Remove charge air cooler.
