The Bendix 300N or C-300N power steering gear is designed for medium duty vehicles with front axle weight ratings of 6000-9000 lbs. Steering gear incorporates mechanical and hydraulic components in a single housing, which also serves as the power cylinder. A separate ZF power steering pump supplies pressurized power steering fluid to power steering and brake hydro-boost units.
