Hood Switch

Using a digital volt-ohmmeter, measure resistance between pins No. 5 and 26 (ground) of control module. Resistance should be more than 25,000 ohms with hood closed, and less than 200 ohms with hood open. If resistance is not to specification, replace hood switch and/or repair Black or Brown/White Wire circuits.
