Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor (CALIFORNIA): Removal

Position crankshaft to TDC of cylinder No. 1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove upper intake manifold. See UPPER INTAKE MANIFOLD & THROTTLE BODY  under FUEL SYSTEM. Unplug harness connector from CMP sensor. Remove CMP sensor holdown and CMP sensor.
