Rack Yoke Plug Preload: Notes

NOTE: This is not a normal service adjustment. It is only required when pinion shaft and valve assembly is removed. Steering gear unit must be removed from vehicle. See STEERING GEAR  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
NOTE: Information on rack yoke plug preload for Escort, Probe and Tracer is not available.
