Motor Assembly: Installation

  1. Position motor assembly to seat track assembly. See Figure . Ensure guide is in place around gear.
  2. Install motor assembly retaining nuts and front Torx(R) head screw. See Fig 1 .
  3. Assemble inner track assembly and drive cross shaft to outer track and motor assembly. Install roll pins. Make sure tracks are aligned in proper position. See Fig 1 .
  4. Install assist springs.
  5. Install seat track and motor assembly to seat assembly. See Fig 1 . Install seat back as outlined.
  6. Install seat assembly into vehicle as outlined. See Figure and Figure .
  7. Position seat to allow rear Torx(R) head screw installation and install screw.
  8. Check for proper operation.
