Temperature Gauge Check

  1. Ground Yellow/Green wire at instrument panel 8-pin connector. See IDENTIFYING TEMPERATURE GAUGE CIRCUIT illustration. Instrument panel 8-pin connector is located on right side of cluster, near steering column.
  2. Observe temperature gauge. If temperature gauge indicates cold, replace instrument cluster. If temperature gauge does not indicate cold, go to TEMPERATURE GAUGE CONTINUITY CHECK NO. 1.
