Fuel Tank Sending Unit Check
- Remove fuel pump service hole cover. Disconnect main fuel hose. Remove fuel tank sending unit. Measure resistance between sending unit connector terminals "A" (Yellow wire) and "B" (Black/Light Green wire). Compare resistance to specifications in TESTING FUEL TANK SENDING UNIT illustration.
- If resistance values are as specified, check for loose or dirty connections at fuel tank sending unit connector. If resistance values are not as specified, replace fuel tank sending unit.
