OFF Circuit Test

With ignition on, connect DVOM between ground and circuit No. 151 (Light Blue/Black wire) at amplifier 6-pin connector. Press OFF switch. If voltage does not drop to zero volts, perform CONTROL SWITCH & CIRCUIT TEST. If switches are okay, install a known good amplifier and retest.
