Instrument Panel Ground Check
- Ground Black/Blue wire at instrument panel 18-pin connector. See IDENTIFYING ELECTRONIC KEYBOARD CIRCUITS illustration. The 18-pin connector is located on right side of dash, near steering column.
- If gauges work, repair Black/Blue wire between gauges and ground. If gauges do not work, repair Black/Yellow wire between gauges and fuse panel.
- Check for 11-13 volts on Black/Blue wire at instrument panel 18-pin connector. Instrument cluster 18-pin connector is located on right side of dash, near steering column.
- If voltmeter reads 11-13 volts, repair Black/Blue wire between gauges and ground. If voltmeter does not read 11-13 volts at 18-pin Black/Blue wire, replace instrument panel assembly.
