Wiper Motor Low Speed Test
- Ensure ignition and W/W switch are in OFF positions. Disconnect small wiper motor connector. Using a 12-volt source, connect positive lead to Blue/Black wire terminal and negative lead to Blue/White wire terminal on wiper motor.
- If wiper motor does not operate, replace wiper motor. If wiper motor operates, reconnect small wiper motor connector and go to LOW SIGNAL TEST, LOW INOPERATIVE.
