Wiper Fuse-To-Accessory Relay Supply Test

  1. Ensure ignition and W/W switch are in OFF positions. Connect voltmeter between ground and Black/Red wire terminal of accessory relay connector located in engine compartment, above master cylinder on relay panel (middle relay among cluster of 3 relays).
  2. If voltage is 11-13 volts, go to RADIO FUSE-TO-ACCESSORY RELAY TEST. If voltage is not 11-13 volts, check WIPER fuse (20A) in main fuse panel.
  3. If fuse is okay, repair open condition in Black/Red wire between main fuse panel and accessory relay. If fuse is open, replace fuse. If fuse blows, repair short to ground in Black/Red wire between main fuse panel and accessory relay.
