Gearshift Lever Replacement: Installation

Install transmission shift lever. Ensure flat on transmission shift lever aligns with flat on transmission stub shaft so that shift lever bolt installs fully. Tighten bolt/nut to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table at end of article. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.
