Steering Knuckles - 4WD: Description

NOTE: Unless specified otherwise, references to "F" Series include "F" Series Super Duty.

Open steering knuckles, used on all models, provide a sharper turning angle, decreasing vehicle's turning radius. On Aerostar, steering knuckles are attached to upper and lower control arms by ball joints. On all models except F350, steering knuckles are attached to axle by ball joints. On F350, steering knuckles are attached to axle by king pins.
