Preliminary Checks

  1. Before testing heated windshield system, ensure battery and charging system are properly functioning.
  2. Ensure all alternator and battery terminal connections are clean and tight. Alternator belt tension must be correct.
  3. To test electrical system, a digital volt/ohm meter, capable of reading up to 100 volts, is needed.
