Temperature Gauge Short Check 2

  1. Reconnect temperature sensor connector if previously disconnected. Disconnect instrument cluster 8-pin connector. Instrument cluster 8-pin connector is located on right side of dash, near steering column.
  2. Observe temperature gauge reading. If temperature gauge reads hot, replace temperature gauge. If temperature gauge does not read hot, repair Yellow/Green wire between water temperature sensor and instruments.
