Temperature Gauge Not Working

  1. Start engine and allow a 15-minute warm-up time. Shut engine off. Turn ignition switch to the "ON" position. Check temperature gauge and warning lights for proper operation.
  2. If warning lights do not come on and temperature gauge always reads cold, go to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FUSE CHECK 3  .
  3. If warning lights come on and temperature gauge always reads cold, go to TEMPERATURE GAUGE CHECK  .
  4. If temperature gauge always reads hot, proceed to TEMPERATURE GAUGE SHORT CHECK 1  .
  5. If temperature gauge is not accurate, proceed to TEMPERATURE GAUGE TESTING  .
