Instrument Cluster Ground Check 1
- Check for 11-13 volts on Black/Blue wire at instrument cluster 18-pin connector. Instrument cluster 18-pin connector is located on right side of dash, near steering column.
- If voltmeter reads 11-13 volts, repair Black/Blue wire between gauges and ground. If voltmeter does not read 11-13 volts at 18-pin Black/Blue wire, replace instrument cluster assembly.
