Neutral Safety Switch

Vehicles equipped with automatic transaxle have a neutral safety switch mounted on the transaxle. Switch informs ECA when transaxle is in neutral, park or gear. Neutral safety switch input signal to ECA affects air/fuel ratio, fuel pressure, idle speed and purge flow.
