RM3: Check Cigar Fuse

NOTE: If the fuse blows again, check for shorts to ground in the Blue/Yellow wires. Repair the Blue/Yellow wires as needed.

Check the 15 amp CIGAR fuse. Is fuse OK? If yes, go to next step. If no, replace the 15 amp CIGAR fuse.
