NOTE: Always check fluid levels/linkage. Ensure computer control systems are operating properly before diagnosing transaxle shifting problems. See AUTO TRANS DIAGNOSIS - FORD 4EAT article in AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS. See Fig 1 -Fig 2 for trouble shooting charts.
