Right Front Actuator Power

Disconnect right front actuator connector. Turn ignition on. Set VOM on 20-volt scale. Measure voltage between Yellow wire and ground. If voltage is more than 10 volts, replace right front actuator. If voltage is NOT more than 10 volts, repair Yellow wire between right front actuator and ignition relay as necessary.
