Test D17 - Steering Sensor Circuit

Turn ignition on. Using a voltmeter, measure voltage between Purple/Orange wire (positive) and Yellow/Brick wire (negative) at steering sensor connector. If there is no voltage, go to TEST D18  if there is 12 volts, replace steering sensor.
