Test D15 - Steering Sensor Signals

Using a jumper wire, jump pin No. 46 to pin No. 60 on 60-pin connector. Start engine. Using an analog ohmmeter, measure resistance between pins No. 45 and No. 60, and between pins No. 24 and No. 60. If ohmmeter does not swing for one or both circuits, go to TEST D16  . If meter swings for both circuits, turn engine off. Replace PRC module.
