Carburetor - HOLLEY 1949 (CANADA): Overhaul: Reassembly

Reassemble the carburetor in reverse order of disassembly and note the following:

1. On main body, the wide open throttle pullover enrichment valve spring and main system feedback valve spring must be vertical and must not contact the side of the casting.
2. When installing main nozzle in main body, coat new "O" ring with light oil and insert a .003" feeler gauge at mainwell mating surface to prevent tearing "O" ring.
3. When installing the main feedback metering assembly in the air horn, coat the first 3 threads of the retaining screws with Loctite 271.
4. Choke pulldown lever must be installed with stamped number facing outboard from carburetor body.
