Automatic Choke System: Inspection
- With engine at normal operating temperature, remove air cleaner and plug vacuum lines. Ensure all vacuum lines and electrical wires are connected properly. Check tightness of carburetor flange mounting bolts.
- Open the throttle to 1/4 open position. Rotate choke plate to closed position and release. Choke plate should return to full open position. Correct any interference or binding.
