Tailgate Window Motor

  1. Remove tailgate trim panel. Disconnect motor lead. Supply power to motor lead connector with an ammeter attached in series.
  2. Operate motor and observe current draw. Current draw should not exceed 4 amps and should not fluctuate. Replace motor if current draw exceeds 4 amps.
