Ignition Timing: Notes

NOTE: Timing instrument should be connected to No. I spark plug using adapter or snap-on connector. DO NOT puncture spark plug wire or boot to make connection. On 5.01, CFI engines with EEC-IV, ignition timing is controlled by the TFI-IV computer and is not adjustable.
