Removal And Installation: Removal

  1. Remove the center instrument panel bezel. Refer to BEZEL, INSTRUMENT PANEL, CENTER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  2. Using the appropriate tool to pry up the retainers (1a) and remove the left instrument panel bezel (1b).

  3. Lower the steering wheel position fixing lever (1a) and move the sponge trim (1b) of the lower left dashboard trim.
  4. Remove the fixing screws (2a) for the lower steering column trim (2b).
  5. Remove the lower trim (2b) releasing the internal retainers (3a).

  6. Remove the fixing screws (1a) for the upper trim (1b).
  7. Working on the steering column upper cover, remove the trim (2a) releasing the retainers (2b).

  8. Remove the fixing screws (1a), release the retainers (1b) and move the aesthetic coat of the steering column upper cover (1c) aside.
  9. Remove the upper trim (2), releasing it from the steering column stalks.
